If the PC cannot load the TMSi driver for the Fusbi correctly, the 'TMSiEzLoader' class is shown as device.
When the TMSi driver for the Fusbi cannot be loaded correctly by windows, the device "TMSiEzLoader" is visible in the device manager. This occurs when the Core Isolation mode of Windows is activated. Core Isolation is a feature in Windows 10 and Windows 11 and is sometimes turned on by default. However, the driver of the Fusbi is not compatible with the Core Isolation mode of Windows.
To check if this is indeed the problem, please take the following steps:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security
- Open Windows Defender Security Center > Device Security > Core isolation details > Memory Integrity
- If the Memory Integrity switch is turned on, turn it off and re-install the driver.
If Memory Integrity is not switched on and this problem occurs, please try to re-install the driver. If this does not solve the issue, please contact support@tmsi.com.
