Some SAGAs that are produced before 2020 can receive a firmware upgrade.
In 2020, SAGAs firmware was updated. Therefore, SAGAs produced before 2020 are eligible to receive a free upgrade to the new firmware v2.10. Please send an email to support@tmsi.com with the serial number of the Data Recorder (DR) and the Docking Station (DS) for more information about the upgrade and whether an upgraded is needed. If the amplifier needs an upgrade, the support staff will provide more information about how to arrange this.
