Can I use SAGA with E-prime software and the Chronos box?

Yes, it is possible to sync SAGA with the E-prime software.

The E-prime software can be used to send triggers to SAGA. Please note it is needed to purchase the E-prime software and the Chronos box from PST: Chronos® | Psychology Software Tools (pstnet.com) to use this.
